Full-Service Catering

We Run The Whole Pit

For weddings, corporate events, and big gatherings across South OC, our team handles the planning, setup, service, and the full BBQ experience, so you get to enjoy your own event.

Done For You

What Full-Service Includes

Our Pitmasters set up buffet tables, fancy chafing dishes, and elegant linens on site.

Carved On The Spot

We carve prime USDA beef brisket or tri-tip right in front of your guests.

Cleanup

We break down our service area and clean up after, so you're not stuck at the end of the night.

Want it cooked on location? Ask about Grill On Site. We bring the smoker to your venue and cook your BBQ fresh in front of your guests.

Good To Know

Before You Book

What's the difference between delivery and full-service?

Delivery drops the food off ready to serve. Full-service includes planning, on-site setup, service, and cleanup for larger or more formal events.

How much notice do you need?

All catering orders require at least 72 hours notice. Full-service events usually need more lead time, so the earlier you reach out, the better.

Is there a minimum for full-service?

Full-service catering requires a 75 guest minimum.

Is there a service fee?

A 22% event production fee applies to all full-service catering events.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 20% deposit and a signed contract secure your date. The deposit is nonrefundable, and final payment is due by the event date.

Do you travel to our venue?

Yes, and there's no separate travel fee. Travel is included in the event production fee. For events 45 miles or more from the restaurant, we reserve the right to add a travel fee.

What staff and equipment do you provide?

Our team of professional Pitmasters brings everything needed for a stress-free, buffet-style experience: buffet tables, chafing dishes, and elegant linens, plus fresh, hot-off-the-grill brisket or tri-tip carved on the spot at no extra cost.

How do I get pricing?

Full-service events are quoted custom. Submit the quote form and we'll build pricing around your event.
